Drivers not ready to take passengers

Hi,

I had to travel from Sakal Nagar Pune to Food Bazaar Baner. Pune. No rick was ready to take the journey. They even asked me to pay rs 20 extra. T called up 100 and complained. Teh guy from the phone tol dme call up aniother number.

I am completely angry and disgusted with the rick syste here. Rick drivers who misbehave or are rudeshoudl be relieved from their duties immly.

I hope civic authorities will take a not of this and necessary steps will be taken.
