On 23rd I boarded an auto-rickshaw along with my mom from Manipal Hospital. We explained him that I underwent a knee surgery and requested him to drive carefully to HBR Layout. The right fare from Manipal hospital to HBR layout is 110 to 120 rupees [maximum].
In middle of the way, he demanded 250 rupees and looted 150 and dropped us near RMZ building near Ulsoor. Usually it will take not more than 50 rupees from Manipal to Ulsoor. Due to my knee wound, I was not able to fight for a long with him and he took advantage of the injury to loot the money.
