Hi, I travel everyday from Goregaon Station (West) to Inorbit mall in an autorickshaw. It has been noticed a lot of times that the meters used by autorickshaw dirvers are tampered. The usual fare from Goregaon Station (west) to Inorbit mall is approximately Rs 15 to Rs 16. With rickshaws having tampered meters th efare amounts to anything between Rs 19 to Rs 23. Either the waiting meter (at signals) moves faster than usual or the first meter reading (0.10) is charged earlier than it should. I have noted the Rickshaw number (MH02 QA 2823) and driver licence number (177824) of one sch rickshaw driver having a tampered meter. Is there any number on which such affected consumers can call up & lodge a complait instantly.
