Respected Sir/ Madam,
I was looking for an Autorickshaw from Subzi Mandi Rly Station (New Delhi) to my Home. I asked the Autorickshaw driver for the same he agrred to go but not by meter. Due to problem i agreed for that but suddenly he came with another passanger and asked her to sit beside me. I protested for that but he ignored. After my strong objection he even asked me to leave the Autorickshaw.
I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability.
