I am staying in Pune for last 4 years.the public transport in Pune always remained a big problem. So most of the times we have to rely on Autorickshaws. But these rickshaw drivers in Pune are doing their monoploy.
The issues faced by us due to them are:
1) They are never ready to go on metre. They can charge you any rate for a small distance.
2) If they take you on metre, then after reaching the detination they will not accept the meter reading and will harass people for more money.
3) They use very bad language
4) They will drop the passengers to their midway and then they will say that their is problem with their rickshaw and it can not go further. So the customers are left in the midway.
5) Even if 10 rickshaws are standing at some distance they are not ready to go to some specific places or some nearby places. They will only go to places where they want
So i would request the government to take very strict against the rickshaw drivers in Pune. They all are criminals in the form of drivers. They can go to any extent for money.there must be some regulation to force theese rickshaw drivers to do their duty faithfully.
