This is to bring to your notice that most of the auto rickshaw drivers (mainly in suburbs Andheri west region) do not want to take fares from Andheri (W) to Andheri (E) and vice versa.
I travel from Andheri (Versova) everyday to Andheri (E) Sona Udyog and face a lot of problems commuting and waiting for auto's in the peak hr of 9.00 hrs -10.00 hr in the mor.
I usually take an auto from Andheri fly over but it takes me around 15 -25 mins every single day to reach sona udyog as no auto is ready to come there.
I donot u/tand why do they refuse to go to a place which a commuter wants them to.
I think they should be by laws made compulsory to leave a commuter to thier required destination, unless they have some real personal/technical issue.
This is not the only problem they usually agree going to places which are free of traffic and are direct roads, where in mumbai are there such roads any which ways.
Would appreiciate if this matter is looked at, as this has become one of the biggest task and even more a huge stress to tackle everyday to reach in time.
