my complaint is on autorickshaw driver

auto number is AP13Y0182, register in the name of ahmed or mohd n driver was kishn

i took a auto from basherbagh to champapet

1st he did not put meter n said hez meter was not running n asked me to pay 100 rs i bargain it to 80 rs n he agreed on dat but after reachin champapet he was speakin rudly with me and he took 90rs from me and argued wid me for 30 min but he didnt gave my 10 rs n talked wid me in a rude manner its nt about 10rs what he thinkz no one can do anything he said it on my face n i belive hez diverin without license
