I have placed order for Louis quartz watch on January 21st and my Order # 160063363. When I booked my order, they have promised me to deliver the product with in 21 working days. Today is 29th of April, 08th and I have not received my order. Whenever I try to contact them they give false commitments and give me false excuses.
When I am asking to refund the money they are saying – “Not possible to refund the money. You have to wait for the product”.
Please help me and provide me a solution.
