Non booking of the gas

Dear Sir,

Myself is Sachchida Nand Yadav, an Inspector in Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Department posted at Moradabad. I am using Indane gas connection No.9875 with M/s Avtar Indane Gas Agency, (Indane Distributor), 11, Mahesh Plaza, A-12, Gandhi Nagar, Rampur Road, Moradabad. Since one week I am trying to book the gas cylinder on three telephone numbers given by the agency but they did not pick the phone. Their telephone nos. are 0591-2491080, 2491429, 2490984. It is very painful to inform you that their service is very poor and their behaviour is highly incooperative and not consumer oriented.

you are requested to take necessary action in this regard.
