Online sbi registration for NRE account

I stay in kuwait and i have and NRE Account with SBI-MAHARASTRA. I want to have an online sbi facility for internet banking. As i cannot go to india next two-three years, i request you to open me an internet banking username and password (view type) for my NRE account.
