These guys are dacoits

I was approached by an aviva agent and convinced to invest 20 thousand each year for a lockin period of 3 years. I made the payments in time for two years, however for the third year for some reasons the installment was not submitted and these guys never sent me an intimation that my account is in some "paid-up" mode. and in the last 7 months my account value of 40K is now sumthing like 17k!!! and every deduction they have made has been again without any intimation! this is absolute looting! please help
