False statement of debit of 10, 500 Rs

Dear Sir,

Myself, Ajeet Patel is holding an account with Axis bank and a gold debit card. On 08/Jun/09, the statement is showing a withdrawl of Rs. 10500 from my account. After wriiten complain to branch manger, Sigra Varanasi on 15/Jun/09. On 18/Jun/09, they informed me on phone that withdrawl has been done from Indian Bank, Lucknow.

I was in Varanasi during that period and the Debit card was also in my safe custody. therefore it is impossible for its misuse. I am 100% sure that it is the mistake from the bank's part. But they are now not providing me any assistance.

Kindly advise, what to do?
