Declined ATM Transaction but Amount Debited from Account

I anbukumaran went to One of the AXIS Bank ATM at Srinagar Colony, HYDERABAD to Withdraw Rs20000/- from my Account operated with AXisbank.

The ATM Declined the Transaction but I was shocked to See my amount mini statement the next minute and found the Amount was Debited from My Account.

This is a serious issue for me because I had to make a payment for another bank the next day. I am worried how i can make this payment the next day.

Please suggest me how i can recover this money to my account.
