DURING THE TRANSECTION DEDUCTED 2000 INR BUT DID NOT GET MONEY

I have salary account in Axis Bank Since 3 Yrs.

As today i have tried to withraw 2000 INR through ATM but ATM machine was unable to withraw the money. After 1 minute "transection time is over" was showing.

IInd time when checked my account i found 2000 INR has been deducted. After that i have tried emergency nomber (metioned on ATM Card) was out of service.

Because of this i m not able to reach you to make complaint.

I think this should not happen with the bank like AXIS.
