I have a credit card of axis bank on which against the bill of feb, 08 i made a paynent but due to any reason bank not recovered the the same cheque in due time then after making many calls to costomercare executive they suggested that make the stop payment of cheque and your billing date is about to come your bill will not be charged extra regarding the payment vide complainet id no. 178013, 179565 and then after in the bill of marchg they suggested to make the only amount of due not the extra charge and they will reverse the extra charges against the bill .till then to today i am in continious contact with them and every time thei suggested that the amount will be charged would be reversed via several complainet id no.

now they are saying the amount can't be reversed and charging on that amount blindly.
pls thak this issue as priority and solve the matter as soon as possible otherwise i will file a formal complaint in consumercourt and in rbi complaint desk too.
so pls do the neeful as soon as possible and oblised me.
