Dear all,

i am a costumer of axix bank from past 18 months, we have been requesting for our statment from last 1 year which we have not yet received.

3 months back an executive from axix bank come and ask for new cheques since last year cheques, on asking him that when they required the payments cheque they can approach us, why cant they provide us our statment which is suppose to come with out asking.

while taking 12 more cheques he promised to provide the statment so far there is no statment for which past 2 years we are loosing money because we are not able to clain in It returns

we suggest all axix bank loan holders to please stop the payment for axix bank home loan.

also we have not received any welcome kit or tele banking no where we can complaint

as n when there is an increase in the intrest rate we get the letter intimation and when there is and reduction in the loan rete there is no intimation from their end

it is very funny that we all are tolerating the newsence
