Last time when I was traveling in 2nd AC compartment from Guwahati to Itarsi in Dadar Exp had a horrible experience. It was so dirty inside cant explain. The floors, windows bathrooms etc. There were no tapes inside the toilet, Insects were running here and there, food was not properly cooked, outsiders in Bihar getting inside the AC compartment. We everyone whoever was traveling with families felt unsecured and prayed to God to cross Bihar as soon as possible. The authority should take steps to improve all these problems and make our journey comfortable and safe. We are ready to pay more but please whoever in concerned look after these matters immediately. We the people of northeast things we are always neglected please don’t make us believe it. We are also Indians and have the rights to enjoy facilities like others. We have great hopes in our running Govt and believe it’s the Govt for middle class people and will do the needful as early as possible.
