Hi,

I am Sampath Kambar, recently taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank Bangalore.

And while giving the documents for it, i was been asked to do sign to go for a Bajaj Alliance Health Insurance.

But i refused to do it. Later, when my loan got sanctioned, an official from Bajaj Alliance insurance called me to confirm the insurance.

I do not want to go for it. Then also, they told me just to confirm. When i did, they had already deducted 3500 Rupees from my Credit Card.

When i asked an official in Bajaj Alliance office, they told me that they have a TIE_UP With HDFC Bank. and she asked me to just RETURN the policy.

I.e, Whenever a person gets a loan from HDFC, that person has to go for that insurance.

This is a mere CHEATING.

What should i do now in order to cancel the insurance?

I just want them to Repay the amount they have deducted from my CREDIT CARD.
