Bajaj Allianze Health Insurance
No refund since last 6 months

I am Nikunj Shah.

I am really upset with the Bajaj allianz Health insurance service.

My policy details are as below:

Policy Number: OGO8/190184300000067

Card Number: SFD - 08 - 141

I was the part of group policy holder for Softdel systems pvt ltd.

According to my policy, my infant baby is covered under the policy.

My daughter was born on 11th of March and she was a pre term baby, hence we had to

admit her in NICU.

We have made her claim on month of April. Still I have not got her claim amount.

From my end I have submitted all the documents, still I have not got her claim.

I have asked so many times till my claim number is not given to me.
