Firstly they cheated me and the person from whom I have taken policy and now delaying my cancellation

I have called Bajaj Allianze Sale Manager for my brother's policy and the person to whom I know and who recomend me for policy will going to get x% profit from this policy. But SM (sale manager) from Bajaj has put his family member name in policy and also gave us policy which has not been discussed when he had provided us details regarding policy.

Secondly, when I ask to cancel this policy, the person in AIROLI (Navi Mumbai) branch kept my application with him for more than 3 days so that my Free locking period will expire. This has been told to him by his SM who has given me policy.

In between they have asked me to do whatever I can.

After this, I went to visit Mulund branch office (Divisional Head officer), he told me that he will take appropriate action and cancel the policy; but till date he has not taken any action and stopping my policy from cancellation. I should have get my money back within 15 days but he insisting on transffer of policy to other SM which I dont want.

AIROLI branch SMs are daily calling us (the person who recomended and me) and forced to transffer the policy as soon as possible.
