Non settlement of claim

I am a owner of a tata winger cab having registration no as ML10A 0031.(Private car) my car had meet an accident on nov and accordingly the claim was lodged . claim no is OC-2405-1812-00000146 & MY Policy no is OG 092405-1812-00000487. since then my car is lying in the workshop as unrepaired. the authorized workshop had submiited the repair value of approximately 6 Lacs.

i had subbmitted all the required papers, i.e police report, mvi report and other necessary papers. now more than 6 months have passed . the insurance company is sitting silently. i had been regularly begging the insurance company for passing the order for getting the cab repaired. no reply or cooperation is being received.
