Discrepany In Online Payment

Hi,

I am unfortunately customer of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and I have tried to pay the premium of my policy by credit card through online of Bajaj Allianz web portal.

I have tried 2 times to make the payment and both the times transaction failed beacuse of the technical problem with the website of Bajaj Allianz and I got mail from company that the transaction is failed.

When I have check my credit card bill in that 2 times RS40, 000 has been deducted then I have called up to company and raised a query regarding refund.

Till today 17 days are over and they are saying same sentence that the query is under process and per day I am paying interest to my credit card bank.

Please let me know that what needs to be done next to get the issue resolved.
