Non Settlement of Provident Fund Claim.
My self Om singh worked with Bajaj allianz life insurance Company A/c. No. : MH/34020/032868, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in September 09, by Speed post docate no. EU378320442IN. till date i have no feedback from the department or not i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.
Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.
