I have purchased servicing I purchased Bajaj Discover DTSI 100 on 12th Feb from Shriram Bajaj (Chembur) mumbai. At the time of 1st servicing of my bike I have told to dealer that I am facing problem of heavy vibration. The ans was not satisfactory, I was told they have tightened all the bolts, nothing to worry.
At the time for second service of my vehicle they have repeated the same justification & assured me after running some more Km your vehicle will be free.
For the 3rd service I changed service center from shriram Bajaj to ai services at Borivali.
I was not satisfied from there arguments / Justification I requested them to check Clutch / Gear box so they can suggest me but I was assured me at the time last servicing we will resolve your all problems.
At the time of last servicing at Sai services Borivali (W). after inspection of vehicle I was informed that bikes Clutch plates are damaged. so we are replacing the same & it will be on your cost. I told them to call person from Babaj I would like to have some words with him.
nothing was happen. At evening I was called to collect my bike. At the time of delivery I ask them what was the problem & I u have not called me I gaot the reply that nothing was there we have made some adjustment of clutch.
After the last servicing nobody has satisfied me.
Now from last 10 days I am observing black smoke is exhausted from the silences. now it seems to be dangerous problem. I asked one my known technician to inspect the vehicle. Immediately he advice me to launch complaint to bajaj.
So I request you to look in to the matter.
