Key matching problem

I m Vibhor bansal, working in IGL (Petrochemical) industry in Kashipur. Yesterday i have come up with very strange and dangerous problem. One of my collegue has started my bike with his same Bajaj Discover 125 DTS-i key without any difficulty. This makes me so unsecure for bike security. This is a very serious matter which a company has to tackle very fast and seriousity.
