Fan not working

Dear Sir,

I Was purchase THE Table Fan (Bajaj Fan) from Thane 10 Months back But he is not working Properly. I have been complaints regular and his technician solve the problem. I also face the same problem again and again Two month back, but my problem not solved.

I call to customer care but her Telephone no not responding last 1 month. What shall I do?

I wont to replace the FAN and company give me new fan. My Fan IN UNDER GUARANTEE.
