KYC Application Submitted Has Not Been Processed

Hi,

I have submitted my KYC Application form to Bajaj Capital 5 months ago at Indranagar branch and have not received my KYC number till now. Concern person out there is very careless and that may be the reason as at the time of my documents submission she did not verified my papers with original (as per procedure) and no receipt was given to me. I have no track record and when I approached them for status, they are saying that I have not submitted to them as I don't have proof and need to apply fresh. This time she is asking for originals even to check. But what about my previous one? I want status of that. What to do?
