2 extra installments deducted through ECS

We had taken an AC from vijay sales and have made approx 50% of the price and chose EMI option through ECS for the rest 50%

The EMI was for 6 month, the first staring in July..but unfortunately the same is being continued and the EMI amount was deducted in Feb as well.

We are not getting any satisfactorily response from the representatives at Vijay sales from bajaj finance

Pls help
