Regarding EMI Issue

No Good Communication from Bajaj Finance

I had taken consumer loan for buying washing machine from Bajaj Finance. Due to there responsible person mistake EMI are not deducted correctly on monthly basis. From last 3-4 months I am giving them hard cash to their agency. Also I a had received so many calls with bad abusive language. Also they forced me to came their office for discussion. Where mistake done by their responsible staff. In month of March I had paid Emi through cash & next they made ECS entry from my account and cut money where I had alredy made payment for month EMI. Also after twice payment they again made ECS in month of APR-09. I had called their office more than 20 times but not getting relay with proper manner.

This is a very bad service from a good company. Also worried who will resolve this issue.
