Non refund of security deposits

This is to bring to your kind information that in Jan 08 i have taken computer on finance from Bajaj Finance till date my loan is cleared but at the time of finance bajaj has taken 5000 approx rs as security but now they are not refunding that and on asking at there office no one is giving satisfactory answer.

kindly look in to this matter.
