Misguidance by the company

I have Consumer Durable loan from Bajaj Finance and the installment of Rs. 1250.00 has been deducted from my ICICI bank account through ECS.

In the installment of July I have received a SMS from Bajaj Finance that "Your EMI of Rs. 1250.00 for Loan no.4010CD00007820 is due on 10-07. Request you to keep your bank account sufficiently funded on day prior"but the company has present the EMI on 05.07.2009 and the ESC returned charges applied to me.

Please do the needful.
