Much Delay in Clearence

I had taken a Washing Machine and a Refridgerator on finance from Bajaj Finance, Since May I had cleared all my dues and outstanding to the company, Mr Ashok of Vapi Sales office has receiving my dues from my residence and assured on the letterhead of the company that the documents should reach with in 2 weeks. As I had given post dated cheques for all the installments to the company afterforth I had deposit the cash against my outstanding dues, neither the company is returning my cheques nor the clearence certificate, My refriderator and Washing machine are required repairing but due to not having the Original documents I am unable to get it repaired with in the Warranty Period.

Mr. Ashok is refering to contact at your Navsari Office otherwise he is helpless. Shall I go to the cosumer Protection Forum?
