Engine problem

I had purchased a bajaj pulsar 150 cc new model on 15-06 from deewan bajaj Lajpat Nagar Delhi. & now after 1 month my bike having a problem in engine it is spreading black smock in the air & running so rough so totaly disatisfied of bajaj performance & services. I want that company will give me a new bajaj pulsar or i will file the case against the company in consumer court.
