I had bought his boiler last year in Jan, 08. It was working properly then. This year during summers i stopped using as we don't require hot water. In monsoon thats after 3-4 month when i started it didn't heat up. So i called customer service, they sent me a person to fix it. He did something asked me to check that the water is hot? It was not so hot but he said it will start heating from now just wait for 15-20 mins.
He took my signature that its working and left. After 20 mins i checked it was the same problem.
I have filed a complaint with their customer service online. They are sending their technician tomorrow.
I want to raise this further as this is the third time i have to call the service centre for repairing problems.
