I have a single gas connection (Consumer no: 633003) from BALAGI GAS SERVICE. They are the sole distributor of GHANSOLO, AIroli area. They do not answere phone. Forget answere they do not even pick up phones. My residence is almost 20 km away from BALAGI's office. I am a working women. It is not possible for me to go personally in to office to make a booking. But BALAGI is so inefficient managing their tritori and on top of that yhey do not entertain phone calls. Now it has become very difficult to continue servive with them, however we have no alternative available inforont of me. I booked my gas on 5th of June and till today I have not received my delivery. I have been to their office today and they do not even have proper time to spk to me. I WANT AN RESOLUTION PLS DO SOMETHING
