Not responding for registration of plot

my name is t ravi kumar s/o t chinna laxmanna.zinkalapally village, itikyal mandal, h .no:8-71. 10 years back my father was joined in balagi traders monthly 150 rupees for 50 times for the plot in balagi traders .and complited it 50 times.now the problem is they are not at all respondind properly for the plot registration .and the owner told do what ever you want with my parents.they are illiterates .we have the origionals recipts for 50 times of 150 rupees.we want justice sir .hope a positive reply .thanking u sir.
