Hello,
This complaint is against Courier service provided by Balaji agency, address: 8747/14B, Shidipura, near filemesthan cinema, New Delhi-110005.
I sent around 22 kg stuff to Kanpur with destination address plot no# 2239, Awas vikas yojana-3, Panki road, Kalyanpur, Kanpure- 208017, Utter Pradesh from New Delhi on 25th October. At the time of taking order Balaji agency people told me that they are associated with Blaze courier and they will deliver the courier to destination on Tuesday (26/10) or Wednesday (27/10).
On Wednesday after noon they called me and told that courier is there in Kanpur but they cannot deliver at destination as this place is outskirts. I have below concerns here:
1) If destination was outskirts then why these people did not tell me at the time of taking order.
2) As far as I know Courier service is “Couriers are distinguished from ordinary mail services by features such as speed, security, tracking, signature, specialization and individualization of services, and committed delivery times, which are optional for most everyday mail services.”. I did not see in my case.
3) The distance between destination and courier centre is only 14 Km. and Destination is not at all out skits of Kanpur it is before IIT Kanpur institute.
