Harassments and delay in replacing tiles etc

Dear Sir,

I paid for tiles for our bath room (Rs. 10, 000/=) to the

above suppliers, on Feb. 20.2008. No receipts were given to me,

and I was told that the goods would our place the same day.

I had paid for premium tiles and commercial tiles were supplied,

after several reminders on 21st. Commercial tiles are up to 25%

cheaper. On complaining that the tiles were not premium, the supplier offered to compensate by providing additional 10 boxes

of similar tiles. Since then you have approached the supplier several times but neither the owner is returning the excess money, nor is he supplying the tiles as promised.

Today, he called me and told me to collect the tiles from

a godown situated in Ultadanga. I was sent back empty handed

even though I was prepared to bring the tiles myself.

I am afraid that the tiles which will reach us, if at all, will be defective and I will again be made to run several times to the

shop and plead, request, and beg for replacements.

I hope that you can save us from this incessant harassment.
