Extra charges on printing along with very rude behaviour with custome

I went to this shop on 22nd June. i had to take out the prints for my report. Initially asked me to pay 5 rupees per page, but when i got all the pages then he asked me to pay 10 rupees per page.when i refused to pay then he started talking in very rude way & he forced me to pay all amount which was absolutely wrong. I just want you to please take some action against this shop as soon as possible.
