I received an sms from BA LUCKY on my airtel connection, saying that "Congratulations, you have won Pearl set woth mrp 2500/- absolutely free. For details and redemption, sms lucky to 56263042". I replied and got Rs 3/- deducted from my balance. However nothing happenns except a message "thankyou for sending reply". There is no follow up on details and redemption.
I want to draw your attention to such dubious companies who are fooling the customer and earning money. There shall be something done by the authorities...
