Hi,
I have purchased my purse/handbag from Balujas last year in January.
They repaired it once the handle got teared but again the same problem came and they replaced the handle with a non-similar one which is not matching at all with the purse.
I requested them to change the handle with similar one, but they refused to do so and I left it with them.
Still there is no response from Balujas as the expected delivery date was 20Dec08 against receipt no 209 dated 3 dec08.
Please help me for this.
