Damage of Saree in Dry cleaning

Saree worth Rs 8840.0 was damaged by Bandbox Koramangala, Bangalore. It was a new saree. They refuse to pay compensation.

Several phone calls from my side have been completely ignored. They have the attitude of what can the consumer do.
