Sir, I took a loan for purcheasing bajaj platina on 27/08. the man who delt the loan is your employee biswajit biswas. at the time of loan I was told the interest rate is 8%. I kept faith on him and I didnot calculate. later i found that the interest rate is taken as 12.5%. i contacted to mr biswas so many times but he denied to take any action. i asked him for a copy of loan agreement paper but i didnot get it. now i have finished my loan instalments but i am not given any loan clearence paper. my complaint is that your agents forget the person after getting the post dated cheques and no querry is entertained. and also they are so careless that they are not interested to issue a loan payment clearence certificate.
