I AM VERY SUFFERING WITH YOUR PRODUCT

This is K. Murali Babu . resently i purchased karbon mobile the day one onwards we are suffering with the handset. I handover to dealer one month back till we didnt receive. they said that it is at service center in vijayawada (m&m technologics) service center sad mobile have mother board problum. it take some more time. i am working for ING VYSYA BANK. we need mobile for day to day activites. plz give me new mobile urgent or eise give me money return back . we take another one. plz resolve the case as soon as and do the needfull also.
