MisBehaviour of Bank of Baroda Employees

Dear Sir,

I am a old customer of Bank of Baroda, and my Saving Bank account no. is 09250100003912. Its located in Main Branch Jaunpur (U.P.).

I use to face regular misbahaviour of BOB emploees there, specially R. R Singh.

But today it has crossed the limit. It need to get information about the reissue of my cheque book. But instead of giving me the information he has shouted at me and used abusing words in front of all the people in the office. I had just asked about the clarification of one of my doubt.

Mr. R. R Singh is pretty famous for his misbehaviour against the customers but most of the customers are from the rural areas and they are not aware of how to make complaint. Even bank manager is worried about his behaviour but could not take any action.

Behaviour of Mr. RR Singh is damaging for thr repution of the Bank as well.

Please take a decisive action against him.
