I have experienced worst service by bank of baroda gamdevi branch. The Bank staff is not interested in customers requirment. A customer has to wait too long for any service. There are not proper counters & work distribution in the branch. no one bother about what the customer really wants. Once I approch the bank for applying for new cheque book of my old age uncle I was instructed to go towards Government Recovery I reach there & ask the related officer about the requirement he told me that Uncle should come himself for the cheque book then I came to home after some days I reach the bank with my uncle I approch to the same officer then he said that dont come to me for cheque book go to another counter these are all irritating things
