I have opened a new saving account no.14370100014715 in Bank of Baroda, Shahgarh-Baheri (Distt-Bareilly, U.P.) on dated 11.7.09, but sorry to say that till date I have not received the PassBook, CheckBook & ATM in spite of sevaral reminders to the Bank. Kindly look into the matter.
