Given wrong Ticket of movie

Dear Sir,

I have booked the ticket of movie ALL THE BEST for 3.30 PM show at 1.00pm from raipur krishana adlabs, samta colony and your executive gave me tickets of show at 12.30 pm. At that time on faith of him and your company i didn't check the ticket. When we apporch to talkies and try to convince hin that he had given us wrong ticket he deny that he has given wrong ticket and treat me very badly with hard language. My money as well as my sunday spoiled due to your adlabs service and this is unacceptable as reliance and adlabs are such a big name. And i am complaining the same to all your higher authorities. Please treat the matter as very serious.
