DEAR SIR / MADAM,

THIS IS SECOND TIME COMPLAIN I M SUBMITING TO YOU BECAUSE I M NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM BANK OF INDIA. I NEED MY MONEY. I WANT TO SUBIT IN SCHOOL FOR THE FEES OF MY DAUGHTER.

I VIJAY KESHAVLAL SHAH SAVING ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH BANK OF INDIA WITH OPERA HOUSE BRANCH AS SAVING A/C NO: 007610100020378 (ATM CARD NO: 4052380076096184). I HAD VISITED TO ORIENTAL BANK ATM AT OPERA HOUSE TO WITHDRAW RS.15, 000/- ON 2/4 I TRIED CONTINUE THREE TIMES I WAS NOT GETTING MONEY AND IN SLIP MENTIONED THAT CONTACT TO BANK AND WHEN I VISITED TO BANK RS.15, 000/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN I GAVE COMPLAIN TO MR. JAISWAL OPERA HOUSE BRANCH OF BANK OF INDIA BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I AM NOT A RICH MAN I AM A SALARIED PERSON. SO PLEASE TAKE SOME IMPORTANT STEPS FOR THE SAME. I HOPE THAT I WILL GET GOOD RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE SOON. THANKING YOU.
