I AM AN BOI (KHAMARIA BRANCH-482005 JABALPUR M.P.) CUSTOMER

(ACNT NO-941210100019889). I USED MY BOI ATM CARD NO (4052389412030567) IN A SBI ATM MACHINE ON MAY, 4TH 2009 TO MAKE A TRANSACTION OF RS10, 000 BUT THE TRANSACTION WAS FAILED GIVING RESPONSE CODE 072, AT THE SAME TIME THE AMOUNT RS10000 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I SUBMITTED THE COMPLAINT FORM ON MAY 7TH BUT TILL TODAY MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED. I ALSO CALLED TO MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE AND RAGISTERED COMPLAINT THERE WITH NO (09752233706) BUT THERE REPLY IS ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY. I ALSO RAGISTERED THE COPMLAINT IN BOI OFFICIAL WEBSITE WITH N0 (458506938). THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THERE ALSO. KINDLY HELP ME .
